The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following duties and deliverables throughout the production period in United Kingdom London:
- Attendance at all scheduled rehearsals, technical fittings, and dress rehearsals at the designated London venue.
- Delivery of all performances to the professional standard expected of a principal Equity member in the United Kingdom theatre and screen industry.
- Participation in promotional activities, including but not limited to photocalls, press conferences, and social media content creation, as agreed in the production schedule.
- Adherence to all health and safety protocols as prescribed by the venue and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for United Kingdom London-based productions.
- Maintenance of professional conduct and availability in accordance with the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent engagement contract.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the Actor may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance and execution of the formal engagement contract; the remaining 50% is payable in monthly instalments aligned to the performance schedule in United Kingdom London.
- All payments shall be made via direct bank transfer to the account details provided by Stagecraft Talent Agency Ltd. Late payments shall attract interest at a rate of 2% per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- The Actor's engagement is subject to the terms of the Equity (UK) minimum terms and conditions for the relevant category of production. Any deviation from Equity minimums must be agreed in writing by both parties.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal engagement agreement. It serves solely as a financial estimate and scope document.
- Any changes to the performance schedule, venue location within United Kingdom London, or scope of the Actor's duties must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days in advance. Additional costs arising from such changes will be itemised in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies, venue closures, or government-mandated restrictions affecting United Kingdom London, shall be addressed under the force majeure clause of the engagement contract.
