- 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Actor may be subject to revision based on market conditions in United States Chicago.
- 2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 60% shall be paid in two equal installments: 30% upon commencement of principal photography and 30% upon completion of the final shooting day. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice.
- 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled start date will incur a fee of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation beyond fourteen days will result in a 100% charge. The Actor's schedule is reserved exclusively for this engagement upon receipt of the deposit.
- 4. Scope Changes: Any modifications to the shooting schedule, additional days, or changes in location within United States Chicago beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment and may result in additional charges at the rates indicated in this document.
- 5. SAG-AFTRA Compliance: All Actor engagements are conducted in full compliance with SAG-AFTRA collective bargaining agreements. The client is responsible for any additional union obligations that may arise from changes in the production scope.
- 6. Taxes: All amounts listed in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of applicable Illinois state and United States federal taxes. Sales tax, if applicable, will be added at the prevailing rate for the City of Chicago, United States.
- 7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting United States Chicago, natural disasters, government mandates, or pandemics.
- 8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois.
- 9. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate, the identity of the Actor, and all production details. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of two (2) years.
- 10. Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the required deposit. By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt and understanding of all terms contained herein.
