1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Starlight Performers Agency LLC to provide Horizon Productions, Inc. with a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a professional Actor for a multi-scene commercial and promotional production scheduled to take place across various locations in United States Miami. This document serves as a formal pricing proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the final service agreement. All figures presented herein are estimates based on current market rates for Actor talent in the United States Miami metropolitan area as of the date of issue.

2. Scope of Services – Actor Engagement

The Actor to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate is a SAG-AFTRA union member with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in film, television, and commercial work. The Actor will perform in a total of twelve (12) scripted scenes distributed across three (3) shooting days in United States Miami. The production will require the Actor to be on set from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM (12-hour workday) with a one-hour meal break. The Actor will also be required to attend a one-hour table read and rehearsal session the day prior to the first shooting day at the production office located in Downtown Miami.

Additional responsibilities of the Actor include participation in a two-hour voice-over recording session for the promotional audio track, a one-hour on-camera interview segment for the behind-the-scenes featurette, and availability for up to four (4) hours of post-production reshoots within the first thirty (30) days following principal photography in United States Miami.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, amounting to $10,920.66, is due upon execution of the final service agreement and confirmation of the Actor's availability. The remaining fifty percent (50%), amounting to $10,920.66, is due within ten (10) business days following the completion of all principal photography and post-production reshoots in United States Miami. All payments shall be made via wire transfer to the agency's designated business account. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% on the outstanding balance.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates, particularly the Actor's daily performance fee, are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in United States Miami.
The Actor engagement is contingent upon the client providing a final, locked script no later than five (5) business days prior to the first scheduled shooting day. Any script changes after this deadline may result in additional fees for the Actor and crew.
All shooting locations within United States Miami must be confirmed and permits secured by the client no later than seven (7) business days before the start of production. The agency is not responsible for location-related delays.
The Actor shall be provided with a safe working environment in compliance with all applicable Florida state and local labor regulations. The client assumes full responsibility for on-set safety, insurance, and permits.
Usage rights granted under this Quotation Estimate are limited to the scope described in Item 9. Any additional media, territory, or duration beyond the agreed terms will require a separate written addendum and additional compensation to the Actor.
In the event of a production delay or cancellation due to weather, force majeure, or client-initiated reasons, the Actor shall be compensated for a minimum of four (4) hours of work per affected day at the applicable hourly rate.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement, incorporating all terms herein, must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, United States Miami.

6. Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Actor for the production in United States Miami. This acceptance does not obligate the agency to proceed until the final service agreement is countersigned by both parties.
