In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Actor's services in Uzbekistan Tashkent shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment (USD 20,294.40): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the master service agreement, prior to the Actor's arrival in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- 40% Mid-Production Payment (USD 27,059.20): Due upon completion of the 9th shooting day, to be verified by the production supervisor in Tashkent.
- 30% Final Payment (USD 20,294.40): Due within 14 business days following the completion of all post-production voice-over sessions and delivery of final deliverables.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates subject to revision based on market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- All fees quoted are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the Actor's professional services as described. Any additional days beyond the 18 principal shooting days will be billed at the daily rate specified in Item 01.
- The Actor's engagement is subject to obtaining the appropriate work visa and permit from the relevant Uzbekistan authorities. Silk Road Entertainment Productions LLC shall manage all documentation, and any government-imposed fees beyond those listed in Item 06 shall be borne by the client.
- The Actor shall comply with all local laws, cultural sensitivities, and production regulations applicable in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The production company reserves the right to terminate the engagement with 72 hours' written notice in cases of material breach.
- All intellectual property rights in the filmed performance of the Actor shall vest in the production company upon full settlement of the amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or international travel restrictions affecting Uzbekistan Tashkent, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre.
