- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices and availability of the Actor are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 50% advance deposit upon acceptance of this quotation; 30% upon completion of principal photography; 20% upon final delivery of all materials. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Talento Actoral C.A. in Caracas, Venezuela.
- The Actor shall be available for a maximum of ten (10) working hours per day. Overtime beyond this limit shall be billed at 1.5 times the daily rate.
- All services described in this quotation are to be performed within the Venezuela Caracas metropolitan area. Any travel outside the Caracas district (including but not limited to Valencia, Maracaibo, or Barquisimeto) will require a separate supplementary quotation.
- The client grants the Actor the right to include the project in their professional portfolio and reel, subject to a mutual non-disclosure agreement for any confidential commercial content.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, civil unrest, or government-mandated shutdowns in Venezuela Caracas, shall entitle both parties to a reasonable extension of the production schedule without penalty.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal service agreement in writing. The terms herein serve solely as a cost estimate and scope proposal.
- All intellectual property rights in the final produced materials shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Actor retains moral rights over their performance as established under Venezuelan intellectual property law (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, Gaceta Oficial No. 37.515).
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or extended usage rights must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties before execution.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Actor in the production to be carried out in Venezuela Caracas.
