The Actor will be required to perform in both English and Vietnamese, portraying a lead role that demands emotional range, physical stamina, and the ability to work under tight scheduling constraints typical of commercial shoots in the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area.
The following scope defines the deliverables and responsibilities of the Actor as part of this Quotation Estimate:
- On-set performance for a total of 5 shooting days (12-hour working days, including breaks) in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Two (2) days of pre-production rehearsal and script preparation at the production studio in District 3.
- One (1) day of post-production voice-over recording in Vietnamese and English at a certified studio in District 1.
- Availability for up to three (3) additional call-back days should the director require reshoots or alternate takes.
- Compliance with all local filming permits and regulations issued by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and the Vietnam Film Industry Association.
- Wardrobe consultation and fitting sessions (up to 4 sessions) coordinated by the production's costume department.

As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: a 40% advance payment (VND 222,552,000) due within seven (7) business days of contract execution; a 40% progress payment (VND 222,552,000) due upon completion of the principal photography phase in Ho Chi Minh City; and a 20% final payment (VND 111,276,000) due within fourteen (14) days after delivery of all post-production assets. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by StarCast Vietnam Entertainment Co., Ltd. in Ho Chi Minh City.
Important Notes Regarding This Quotation Estimate:
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates, particularly those related to accommodation and transportation in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, are subject to revision.
- The Actor must hold a valid work permit or short-term filming visa issued by the Vietnamese Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs. The production company (Golden Lotus Productions JSC) is responsible for initiating the visa application process at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date.
- All filming activities within the boundaries of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City must comply with Decree 101/2006/NĐ-CP and subsequent amendments governing foreign media and entertainment production in Vietnam.
- Weather-related delays (common during the Ho Chi Minh City monsoon season, May through November) exceeding two (2) consecutive days will be treated as force majeure, and the Quotation Estimate will be adjusted pro-rata for unused days.
- The Actor's likeness, voice, and performance shall be licensed for a period of 24 months for use in all media channels, including digital, broadcast, and out-of-home advertising within Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Extended licensing will be quoted separately.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location, or scope of the Actor's role must be communicated in writing at least 72 hours in advance. Late changes may incur additional fees as specified in the final service agreement.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Actor in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. This document, once countersigned, will serve as the basis for the execution of the definitive Service Agreement.
