This Quotation Estimate is issued by Stellar Performances Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a professional Actor for the feature film production "Shadows of the Zambezi," to be filmed primarily in and around Zimbabwe Harare and its surrounding districts. The Actor will be engaged for a principal lead role requiring a minimum of twenty-two (22) shooting days over a six-week production schedule commencing in August 2025.
The Actor to be provided is a seasoned, internationally trained performer with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional stage and screen experience. The Actor must demonstrate proficiency in both English and Shona, as the script for this production in Zimbabwe Harare incorporates bilingual dialogue. The Actor will be required to attend all pre-production meetings, rehearsals, principal photography sessions, and post-production voice-over recordings as directed by the production team.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Actor services in Zimbabwe Harare.
- Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 20% upon final delivery of all post-production Actor work.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Stellar Performances Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd, held at Stanbic Bank, Harare Branch, Zimbabwe.
- The Actor shall be bound by a standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a full usage-rights contract covering all media formats, including theatrical, streaming, and broadcast distribution.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule in Zimbabwe Harare exceeding three (3) additional days will be billed at the daily rate specified in Item 1 of this Quotation Estimate.
- The Actor is responsible for maintaining valid Zimbabwean work permits and any necessary immigration documentation. The production company shall provide all required support letters.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-imposed restrictions in Zimbabwe Harare, natural disasters, or public health emergencies, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance deposit has been received in full.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Actor services in Zimbabwe Harare and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The Actor engagement shall commence upon written confirmation from the production company.
