4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issuance. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all rates and terms.
4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be rendered in three equal installments: 40% upon contract execution, 35% upon completion of the mid-project milestone review in Afghanistan Kabul, and 25% upon final acceptance of all Aerospace Engineer deliverables.
4.3 Security and Logistics: Given the operational environment in Afghanistan Kabul, the client shall be responsible for arranging and funding all security details, safe transportation within the Kabul metropolitan area, and any necessary diplomatic or government clearances required for the Aerospace Engineer to access restricted aviation facilities.
