1. Scope of ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is issued by AeroTech Consulting S.A. to provide comprehensive Aerospace Engineer professional services to Andes Aerospace Industries S.R.L. for the design review, structural analysis, and certification support of a next-generation regional turboprop aircraft component. All services will be performed in accordance with Argentine aviation regulations (ANAC – Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil) and applicable international standards (ICAO, EASA, and FAA guidelines). The Aerospace Engineer team will be physically based in Argentina Buenos Aires and will conduct on-site inspections at the client's facility in Ezeiza, Buenos Aires Province.

- Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 3% as per Argentine commercial law (Ley 19.515).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in the Argentine peso exchange rate or material cost indices.
- All Aerospace Engineer services will be performed by qualified professionals registered with the Argentine Chamber of Engineers (Cámara Argentina de Ingenieros) and holding valid MAT (Matrícula de Trabajo) licenses for the province of Buenos Aires.
- The Aerospace Engineer team will operate primarily from the AeroTech Consulting office in Argentina Buenos Aires (Av. Corrientes 2340) with scheduled on-site visits to the client's Ezeiza facility as outlined in the scope.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, drawings, and proprietary information shared by the client will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and standard aerospace industry NDAs.
- Intellectual Property: All deliverables, reports, and analyses produced under this contract shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or aviation regulatory suspensions in Argentina.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with the rules of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce (Cámara de Comercio de Buenos Aires).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. The final contract will be governed by Argentine civil and commercial law.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Aerospace Engineer services and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The services will be executed in Argentina Buenos Aires under the supervision of the designated lead Aerospace Engineer.
