This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Andes Aerospace Consulting S.R.L. to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Aerospace Engineer to deliver specialized technical services within the Argentina Córdoba metropolitan and industrial corridor. The services outlined herein are intended to support the Córdoba Aerospace Development Center in the design validation, structural analysis, and systems integration of next-generation unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) platforms currently under development at their facilities in Córdoba Province.
The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall operate primarily from the client’s premises in Argentina Córdoba, with the possibility of limited travel to complementary test sites within a 150-kilometer radius of the city center. All deliverables, progress reports, and technical documentation shall be produced in accordance with the project specifications agreed upon in the master services contract and shall comply with the regulatory framework established by the Argentine National Aeronautics and Space Agency (CONAE) and applicable ICAO standards.

3.1 Validity. This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and exchange conditions in Argentina Córdoba shall be issued.
3.2 Payment Schedule. Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon execution of the master services agreement; 40% upon delivery of the structural and propulsion analysis packages; 30% upon successful completion of the flight-test campaign in Argentina Córdoba. All payments in USD shall be settled via international wire transfer to the account designated by Andes Aerospace Consulting S.R.L.
3.3 Scope Changes. Any modification to the scope of work beyond the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties. The Aerospace Engineer shall provide a supplemental cost estimate within five (5) business days of receiving a change request.
3.4 Intellectual Property. All engineering deliverables, models, analyses, and documentation produced by the Aerospace Engineer under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the Córdoba Aerospace Development Center upon full payment. The Aerospace Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
3.5 Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, proprietary designs, and operational details associated with the CBA-7 platform. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract for a period of five (5) years.
3.6 Governing Law. This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Argentina Córdoba in accordance with the rules of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce.
3.7 Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or aviation regulatory changes affecting operations in Argentina Córdoba.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Andes Aerospace Consulting S.R.L. to proceed with the engagement of the designated Aerospace Engineer for the services described herein, to be executed at the client’s facility in Argentina Córdoba.
