- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer team must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon execution of the contract, 40% upon completion of Phase 2 deliverables, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all engineering documentation. All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issue in accordance with Australian commercial practice.
- All Aerospace Engineer services will be performed in strict compliance with CASA regulations, Australian Standards, and the client's AS 9100D quality management system. The Aerospace Engineer team is fully licensed and registered with Engineers Australia.
- Work will be conducted primarily at the client's facility in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, with supplementary work at our Australia Melbourne engineering centre at 200 Collins Street. Any travel outside the Melbourne metropolitan area will be quoted separately.
- Intellectual property generated under this engagement shall remain the property of the client upon full payment. Meridian Aerospace Solutions retains the right to reference the project in future marketing materials with prior written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Australia Melbourne region, may result in schedule adjustments. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to minimise disruption.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the deposit is received. Governing law: State of Victoria, Australia.
- Any variations to the scope of the Aerospace Engineer engagement must be documented via a formal Variation Order signed by both project managers prior to commencement of additional work.
