This Quotation Estimate is issued by AeroSpace Consulting & Engineering Solutions Ltda. to provide the services of a senior Aerospace Engineer for a period of twelve (12) months, to be performed at the client's facilities located in Brazil Brasília, Federal District. The Aerospace Engineer shall be responsible for the design, analysis, testing, and certification support of composite airframe structures and propulsion system integration for the client's next-generation unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) program. All technical deliverables, engineering reports, and on-site supervision activities shall be conducted in Brazil Brasília in compliance with the regulations established by the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and the Brazilian Air Force (Força Aérea Brasileira – FAB).

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices and availability of the Aerospace Engineer personnel must be reconfirmed in writing.
- All services described herein shall be rendered at the client's designated facility in Brazil Brasília, Federal District. Any relocation to a different city or state within Brazil shall require a supplementary amendment to this quotation.
- The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in aerospace structural design and shall be registered with the Brazilian Council of Engineering (CREA-DF) prior to commencing work in Brasília.
- Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month plus monetary correction per the CDI index, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law.
- The client shall provide all necessary work permits, security clearances, and access credentials required for the Aerospace Engineer to operate within the restricted facilities in Brazil Brasília.
- Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client, as stipulated in the master service agreement. The Aerospace Engineer and our firm shall execute non-disclosure agreements (NDA) prior to access to classified technical data.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service contract shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any engineering activities.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government decrees, or civil unrest affecting the Brasília metropolitan area, shall suspend obligations without penalty for either party.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved by arbitration in Brasília – DF, under the rules of the CAMARB (Brazilian Arbitration Chamber).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the scope, cost, and conditions for the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer services to be performed in Brazil Brasília. This document serves as the basis for the subsequent formal contract.
