Payment shall be structured in four equal monthly installments of R$ 235.100,00, due on the 5th business day of each month following the commencement of services. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Brazilian tax regulations (Nota Fiscal Eletrônica — NF-e) and are subject to applicable ISS (Imposto Sobre Serviços) tax levied by the municipality of Rio de Janeiro. A 10% advance payment is required prior to the mobilization of the Aerospace Engineer team.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market fluctuations in the Rio de Janeiro engineering sector.
- All Aerospace Engineering deliverables shall comply with ANAC regulations, ICAO Annex 8, and applicable Brazilian technical standards (ABNT NBR).
- The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance valid within the territory of Brazil, with a minimum coverage of R$ 5.000.000,00.
- Confidentiality and intellectual property rights pertaining to all technical data generated in Rio de Janeiro shall be governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to project commencement.
- Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original estimate will require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting Rio de Janeiro operations, shall be addressed per the terms of Brazilian Civil Code (Código Civil) Articles 393 and 478.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Aerospace Engineering services in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
