This Quotation Estimate is issued by AeroTech Engineering Solutions Ltda. to provide the services of a senior Aerospace Engineer for the duration of the project described below. All professional activities will be conducted in Brazil, São Paulo, in compliance with the regulatory standards established by the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and the applicable technical norms of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in aerodynamic design, structural analysis, flight control systems, and propulsion integration for commercial and regional aircraft. The engineer will operate primarily from our São Paulo office located in the Faria Lima business district, with periodic on-site visits to the client's manufacturing facilities in the São Paulo metropolitan area.

4. Payment Schedule
The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in monthly installments, due on the 5th business day of each month following the completion of the corresponding service period. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of AeroTech Engineering Solutions Ltda., Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, Conta Corrente 98765-4, in São Paulo, Brazil. A 2% monthly interest penalty will apply to overdue balances in accordance with Brazilian commercial law (Código Civil, Art. 406).
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After the expiration date, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all applicable Brazilian labor regulations, including CLT provisions where applicable, and shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of R$ 2,000,000.00.
- All deliverables, technical reports, and intellectual property generated by the Aerospace Engineer during the course of this engagement in Brazil, São Paulo, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- The client agrees to provide the Aerospace Engineer with timely access to all necessary design data, test facilities, and documentation located at the São Paulo premises.
- Any scope modification or additional service request beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and a revised cost estimate approved by both parties.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary aerospace data, design specifications, and business information exchanged during this engagement in São Paulo, Brazil. This obligation shall survive the termination of the contract for a period of five (5) years.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by arbitration in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, under the rules of the CAMARB (Câmara de Mediação e Arbitragem do Brasil).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a definitive service agreement.
6. Acceptance and Signatures
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Aerospace Engineer services to be rendered in Brazil, São Paulo.
