1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Shanghai AeroTech Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Aerospace Engineer to deliver specialized technical services within the China Shanghai metropolitan region. The scope encompasses aerodynamic analysis, structural integrity assessment, propulsion system design review, and full-cycle project management for aerospace components and subsystems. This Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for qualified Aerospace Engineer professionals operating in China Shanghai as of the date of issue and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Scope of Services – Aerospace Engineer Engagement

The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in commercial and/or defense aerospace programs. The engineer will be based at the client's facility in China Shanghai and will report directly to the project director. The following services are included in this Quotation Estimate:

Aerodynamic modeling and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation for fixed-wing and rotary-wing platforms.
Structural analysis and finite element modeling (FEM) of airframe components compliant with CCAR-25 and EASA CS-25 standards.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including the Civil Aviation Law of the PRC and data security provisions under the Cybersecurity Law.
All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement in China Shanghai shall be the sole property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in a separate IP assignment agreement.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all technical data, design documents, and proprietary information exchanged during the project. This obligation survives for five (5) years after project completion.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting China Shanghai.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration under the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of filing.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date as reflected in this Quotation Estimate.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing Quotation Estimate No. QTE-2025-SH-0472.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer in China Shanghai.
