- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer team are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of structural and aerodynamic analysis deliverables, and 30% upon final certification dossier delivery and client acceptance.
- All invoices will be issued in Colombian Pesos (COP) in compliance with the DIAN tax regulations of Colombia. International payments may be processed in USD via wire transfer to the provider's account in Medellín.
- The Aerospace Engineer services are subject to a minimum engagement of 12 weeks. Early termination will be billed at 150% of the remaining contracted hours.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, design files, and proprietary information exchanged during this engagement are bound by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement of work in Colombia Medellín.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government actions, or events beyond reasonable control, consistent with Colombian commercial law (Código de Comercio).
- Warranty: The provider warrants that all engineering deliverables will conform to the specifications outlined in this Quotation Estimate and applicable international aerospace standards (AS9100, SAE ARP4754, ARP4761).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms outlined for the Aerospace Engineer services to be delivered in Colombia Medellín.
