The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in aerospace structural design, fatigue analysis, and compliance with Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) regulations as well as ICAO Annex 8 standards.

The scope encompasses the following deliverables: (a) full finite element analysis (FEA) of the primary and secondary airframe structures; (b) material selection and corrosion-resistance assessment tailored to the high-humidity coastal environment of Egypt Alexandria; (c) aerodynamic load verification for sea-level and elevated operational profiles; (d) preparation of a complete technical dossier for ECAA type-certification submission; and (e) on-site inspection and sign-off at the client's manufacturing floor in Egypt Alexandria, not exceeding three (3) site visits per calendar month.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for revalidation beyond this period shall be subject to a revised Aerospace Engineer rate schedule reflecting current market conditions in Egypt Alexandria.
2. All services described herein shall be performed by a qualified Aerospace Engineer or a team of Aerospace Engineers under the direct supervision of the Lead Aerospace Engineer named in this document. Substitution of key personnel requires prior written consent from the client.
3. The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all applicable Egyptian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and the specific site safety protocols of the client's facility in Egypt Alexandria.
4. Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and proprietary analysis tools remain the property of Nile Delta Aerospace Consulting & Engineering Co.
5. Any change in scope exceeding ten percent (10%) of the original Quotation Estimate value shall be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the Alexandria Commercial Arbitration Centre in Egypt Alexandria.
7. Confidentiality obligations as outlined in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA-2025-0092) executed between the parties shall remain in force for five (5) years beyond project completion.
