This Quotation Estimate is issued by Starline Aerospace Engineering Consultants PLC to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Aerospace Engineer for the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority. The scope of work encompasses the following deliverables to be executed within the Ethiopia Addis Ababa metropolitan area and its surrounding aviation infrastructure:
- Aircraft Structural Integrity Assessment: A full-cycle inspection and engineering analysis of the structural components of the ECAA fleet, including fuselage panels, wing assemblies, landing gear systems, and tail sections. The Aerospace Engineer will apply non-destructive testing (NDT) methodologies including ultrasonic testing, radiographic examination, and magnetic particle inspection.
- Propulsion System Performance Audit: Detailed evaluation of turbofan and turboprop engine performance parameters, including thrust output, fuel consumption rates, exhaust gas temperature profiles, and vibration analysis. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Starline Aerospace Engineering Consultants PLC, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Account No. 1001-2345-6789, Branch: Bole, Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation or resource availability.
- All services shall be performed by qualified Aerospace Engineer professionals holding valid Ethiopian engineering licenses and relevant international certifications (ASME, SAE, or equivalent).
- The client shall provide full access to aircraft, hangar facilities, maintenance records, and operational data located at Bole International Airport and associated maintenance hangars in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, flight records, and proprietary information shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Warranty: Starline Aerospace Engineering Consultants PLC warrants the accuracy and professional quality of all engineering analyses and reports for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final delivery.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or aviation authority directives in Ethiopia.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, matters shall be referred to the competent courts of Ethiopia Addis Ababa in accordance with Ethiopian commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned below.
