This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by AeroTech Consulting SARL to Airbus Operations SAS for the provision of specialized Aerospace Engineer consulting services to be delivered at the client's facilities located in France Lyon. The Aerospace Engineer engagement encompasses the following deliverables and activities, all to be performed on-site in France Lyon or remotely as specified by the client:
- Structural Integrity Analysis: The assigned Aerospace Engineer shall conduct finite element analysis (FEA) on wing-box assemblies and fuselage panels, ensuring compliance with EASA CS-25 and CS-23 airworthiness standards. All computational models will be validated against physical test data available at the Lyon facility.
- Composite Material Characterization: Development and execution of material property test plans for next-generation carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) layups. The Aerospace Engineer will coordinate with the client's materials laboratory in France Lyon to perform tensile, shear, and fatigue testing.
- Weight Optimization Studies: Perform mass-properties optimization on secondary structures including floor beams, stringers, and bulkheads. Deliverables include optimization reports and updated CAD/CAE models.
- Regulatory Compliance Review: The Aerospace Engineer shall prepare technical justification reports for submission to the Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile (DGAC) in support of type certification activities.
- Technical Training Sessions: Two on-site training workshops (8 hours each) for the client's junior engineering team in France Lyon, covering advanced composite failure criteria and multi-physics simulation techniques.

Payment shall be made in three installments as follows: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract; 40% upon completion of the structural analysis and composite characterization phases; and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of all reports, models, and training materials. All invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt by bank transfer to the account of AeroTech Consulting SARL, BNP Paribas, Lyon. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer team are subject to revision.
- All work performed under this engagement shall be carried out in strict compliance with French labor law, EU data protection regulations (GDPR), and the client's internal security and confidentiality protocols at the France Lyon site.
- The Aerospace Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid professional certifications and shall be subject to the client's site-access and background-check requirements prior to commencing on-site activities in France Lyon.
- Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this contract shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, tools, and know-how of AeroTech Consulting SARL remain the exclusive property of the consultant.
- Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the originally estimated hours shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Lyon, France, in accordance with French law.
- The Aerospace Engineer team shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the project duration.
The anticipated project duration is fourteen (14) weeks from the date of contract signature. The Aerospace Engineer team will mobilize at the France Lyon facility within five (5) business days of contract execution. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided as an annex to the final service agreement. Weekly progress reports will be submitted to the client's project manager every Friday.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Aerospace Engineer services in France Lyon. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
