Scope of Work – Aerospace Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate outlines the professional services to be rendered by a senior Aerospace Engineer engaged by AeroTech Engineering Solutions GmbH for the Bavarian Aerospace Consortium. All work will be conducted in and around Germany Munich, with primary operations based at the Oberwiesenfeld test facility. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- Comprehensive structural analysis of composite airframe components using finite element methods (FEM) and fatigue life prediction modeling.
- Design optimization of wing-box assembly structures to reduce mass by a minimum of 8% while maintaining EASA CS-25 compliance.
- Thermal and aerodynamic coupling simulations for high-altitude flight envelope validation.
- Preparation of technical documentation, including engineering drawings, calculation reports, and certification support packages for submission to the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (LBA) in Germany Munich.
- On-site inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) coordination at the client's facility in the Germany Munich metropolitan area.
- Two (2) weekly progress review meetings with the client's engineering team, conducted at the project site in Germany Munich.

- All invoices are payable within 30 days of issue via bank transfer to AeroTech Engineering Solutions GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX.
- Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under §288 BGB (German Civil Code).
Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer may be subject to revision.
- All engineering work shall comply with EASA regulations, German aviation law (LuftVG), and applicable ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.
- The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of 12 years of experience in structural aerospace design and shall be a registered professional engineer (Ingenieurkammer Bayern).
- Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to a non-exclusive license retained by AeroTech Engineering Solutions GmbH for portfolio purposes.
- Confidentiality obligations under the German Trade Secret Act (GeschGehG) shall apply to all project data, drawings, and simulation results.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions in Germany Munich, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by the competent courts in Munich, Germany. The governing law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a formal change order prior to execution. Additional hours will be billed at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
