This Quotation Estimate is issued by Orbital Dynamics & Aerospace Consulting Pvt. Ltd. for the engagement of a senior Aerospace Engineer to provide specialized technical consulting, design validation, and systems integration support for Meridian Space Technologies Ltd. All services shall be delivered from our operational base in India Mumbai, with on-site visits to the client's facility in the Thane industrial corridor as required. The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this project holds a B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Bombay and a M.Tech in Propulsion Systems from ISRO's VSSC, with over fourteen years of experience in satellite subsystems, aerodynamic analysis, and structural integrity assessment.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of rates and availability of the designated Aerospace Engineer.
2. All services shall be performed in accordance with applicable Indian aerospace regulations, including ISRO guidelines, DGCA airworthiness directives, and AAI operational standards as relevant to the project scope.
3. The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary data, design drawings, and test results belonging to Meridian Space Technologies Ltd. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
4. Payment terms are Net 15 days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month as per Indian commercial practice.
5. All work shall be carried out primarily from our office in Andheri East, India Mumbai, with scheduled on-site visits to the client's Thane facility. Travel within the India Mumbai metropolitan region is included in the quoted rates.
6. Any change in scope, additional hours, or extended duration beyond the three-month engagement period shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written approval from both parties.
7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in India Mumbai in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, under the jurisdiction of the Bombay High Court.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized signatories of both parties.

Upon successful completion of the engagement, the Aerospace Engineer shall deliver the following to the client: (a) a comprehensive structural and aerodynamic design review report; (b) validated CFD and FEA simulation datasets with correlation notes; (c) propulsion thermal analysis documentation; (d) regulatory compliance dossier aligned with ISRO and DGCA requirements; (e) integration supervision logs; and (f) a final project closure report with recommendations for subsequent development phases. All deliverables shall be provided in both digital (PDF and native CAD/CFD file formats) and hard-copy form at the client's India Mumbai region office.
