- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates for Aerospace Engineer services in India New Delhi.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of mid-project deliverables, and 20% upon final handover and sign-off by the client's engineering authority in India New Delhi.
- All work performed by the Aerospace Engineer shall comply with the latest ISRO design guidelines, AAI airworthiness directives, and applicable provisions of the Aircraft Act, 1934, as enforced in India New Delhi.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance coverage of not less than INR 5 Crores for the duration of the engagement.
- Any change in scope beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written amendment, mutually agreed upon by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All proprietary data, design drawings, and test results exchanged during the course of this project in India New Delhi shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration fixed at New Delhi, India.
