- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Iran Tehran and applicable exchange rate fluctuations.
- All services described herein shall be performed by a qualified Aerospace Engineer or a team of Aerospace Engineers under the direct supervision of the lead principal at PAEC, Tehran, Iran. The client shall have the right to request a named Aerospace Engineer for critical design phases.
- Payment shall be made in accordance with the schedule stated above. The initial 30% advance payment is due within ten (10) business days of mutual acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining installments are tied to verified milestone completions.
- All intellectual property rights in the design deliverables, simulation data, and engineering documentation produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full and final payment. PAEC retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with prior written consent of the client.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order, signed by both parties, with corresponding adjustments to cost and timeline.
- All work shall comply with the regulations of the Iranian Aviation Organization (IAO), the National Organization for Civil Aviation of Iran, and relevant international aerospace engineering standards (ICAO, SAE, ISO 9001).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Tehran International Arbitration Center.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement incorporating the terms herein.
