This Quotation Estimate outlines the following milestone-based payment structure. All payments are due within fourteen (14) business days of invoice issuance. Payments shall be made in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) via bank transfer to the account designated by Stratos Aerospace Consulting Ltd., Israel Jerusalem.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability in Israel Jerusalem.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ILS 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
- All intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, as detailed in the separate Intellectual Property Agreement.
