Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Aerospace Engineer expertise in Israel Tel Aviv.
Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of Items 02 through 05; 30% upon final delivery and client sign-off. All payments are due within fourteen (14) business days of invoice date, payable in ILS to the bank account specified on the invoice.
Intellectual Property: All designs, models, calculations, and documentation produced by the Aerospace Engineer under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Aerospace Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client written consent.
Confidentiality: The Aerospace Engineer and all supporting personnel are bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with Israeli Law of Confidentiality, 5711-1951. All project data stored on servers located in Israel Tel Aviv will be encrypted per ISO 27001 standards.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or national security directives issued by the State of Israel.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Tel Aviv, Israel, in accordance with the rules of the Tel Aviv Arbitration Center. The governing law is the law of the State of Israel.
Subcontracting: The Aerospace Engineer may engage specialized subcontractors for niche tasks (e.g., wind-tunnel time at the Technion facility) provided prior written approval is obtained from the client. All subcontractor costs are included in the rates above.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes AeroDynamics Engineering Solutions Ltd. to proceed with the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer as described herein. This signature constitutes a binding agreement subject to the terms and conditions stated above.
