All services described herein will be performed at the client’s facility located in Italy Rome, specifically at the Via Tiburtina 128 research campus, and will comply with the applicable Italian national regulations, European Union aerospace directives (EASA Part 21), and the specific technical standards outlined in the project brief. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding offer for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue, after which pricing and availability of the designated Aerospace Engineer may be subject to revision.

The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this project will operate on-site in Italy Rome for the duration of the engagement and will deliver the following professional services:

(a) Comprehensive structural finite-element analysis (FEA) of the UAV airframe, including fatigue life prediction, load-path verification, and compliance with CS-23 airworthiness requirements. The Aerospace Engineer will conduct all modelling and simulation work using the client’s licensed ANSYS and NASTRAN environments available at the Italy Rome facility.

(b) Propulsion systems performance review, encompassing thermodynamic cycle analysis, nozzle flow optimisation, and thermal management assessment for the hybrid-electric propulsion unit. All bench-test data interpretation will be performed by the Aerospace Engineer at the Italy Rome test laboratory.

(c) Preparation of a full technical dossier and compliance matrix for submission to the Italian Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC) and EASA, ensuring that all documentation meets the regulatory framework applicable to Italy Rome and the broader European Economic Area.

(d) Two (2) on-site review workshops per month with the client’s multidisciplinary engineering team, held at the Italy Rome campus, to present interim findings, resolve design conflicts, and align on critical path milestones.

(e) Final integration report and certification support package, delivered in both English and Italian, to facilitate regulatory review by ENAC and the client’s internal quality assurance board.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 40% upon contract execution, 40% upon delivery of the interim FEA and propulsion review reports, and 20% upon acceptance of the final integration report. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account of TechAero Consulting S.r.l., Rome, Italy, within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002.
