This Quotation Estimate is issued by AeroTech Consulting & Engineering Ltd. to formally present the scope, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a senior Aerospace Engineer to provide comprehensive technical consulting, design oversight, and operational support services. The services described herein are specifically tailored for deployment and execution within the Ivory Coast Abidjan region, taking into account local regulatory frameworks, infrastructure conditions, and the specific operational requirements of the client's aviation and aerospace projects in the area.
The Aerospace Engineer referenced in this Quotation Estimate holds a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in aerospace systems design, structural analysis, propulsion engineering, and flight systems integration. The professional is fully qualified to operate under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Ivorian Civil Aviation Authority (Direction de l'Aviation Civile de Côte d'Ivoire) and complies with all applicable standards set forth by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as adopted in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
The Aerospace Engineer will deliver the following services as part of this Quotation Estimate engagement in Ivory Coast Abidjan:
- Technical Feasibility Studies: Conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments for proposed aerospace and aviation infrastructure projects located in and around Abidjan, including the FHB (Félix Houphouët-Boigny) International Airport expansion zones and adjacent industrial corridors.

- On-Site Technical Supervision: Deploy the Aerospace Engineer for a minimum of twelve (12) on-site visits per quarter to project locations within the Abidjan metropolitan area and surrounding regions of the Ivory Coast.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver structured training sessions to the client's local engineering team in Abidjan, covering advanced aerospace engineering methodologies, quality assurance protocols, and safety management systems.
- Reporting & Documentation: Produce monthly technical progress reports, engineering change notices, and final project close-out documentation in both English and French to satisfy local regulatory filing requirements in Ivory Coast Abidjan.

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment and contractual conditions, which shall govern the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer for all services rendered in Ivory Coast Abidjan:
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance mobilization payment upon contract execution; 40% upon completion of the six-month interim milestone; 30% upon final project close-out and acceptance of all deliverables.
- Currency & Exchange: All payments shall be made in West African CFA Franc (XOF) via bank transfer to the designated account of AeroTech Consulting & Engineering Ltd. in Abidjan. Where the client opts for USD settlement, the exchange rate shall be fixed at the BCEAO (Banque Centrale des États de l'Afrique de l'Ouest) mid-market rate on the date of invoice issuance.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision due to market fluctuations, regulatory changes in Ivory Coast Abidjan, or adjustments in the Aerospace Engineer's availability.
- Taxes & Duties: All amounts are exclusive of applicable Ivorian Value Added Tax (TVA – 18%), withholding tax, and any other levies imposed by the Direction Générale des Impôts et des Domaines of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. The client shall be responsible for any import duties on specialized equipment brought into Ivory Coast Abidjan for the duration of the project.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, design documents, and proprietary information exchanged under this Quotation Estimate engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties in accordance with Ivorian commercial law.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government sanctions, or pandemics affecting operations in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Ivorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI Abidjan) seated in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
