This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Aerospace Consulting Group K.K. to Sakura Orbital Systems Co., Ltd. for the provision of specialized Aerospace Engineer consulting services to be performed at our primary engineering facility located in Japan Osaka.   • Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing, particularly the Aerospace Engineer hourly rates, are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Japan Osaka.
  • Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract execution; 40% upon completion of structural and thermal analysis milestones; 30% upon final delivery of the complete Aerospace Engineer documentation package. All payments in Japanese Yen via bank transfer to our Japan Osaka corporate account.
  • Project Duration: Estimated 14 calendar months from the date of contract signature, subject to milestone approvals by the client's Japan Osaka engineering board.
  • Change Orders: Any modification to the scope of Aerospace Engineer services beyond the parameters defined herein shall be documented via a formal Change Order, re-quoted, and approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
  • Confidentiality: All data, drawings, and proprietary information exchanged during this engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed concurrently with the contract. The Aerospace Engineer team will handle all client IP in strict accordance with Japanese Personal Information Protection Act (APPI) and JAXA data-handling protocols.
  • Intellectual Property: All deliverables, including Aerospace Engineer analysis models, simulation files, and certification documents, shall become the exclusive property of Sakura Orbital Systems Co., Ltd. upon full payment.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters (including seismic events common to the Japan Osaka region), government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control.
  • Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration at the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA), Osaka Office.
  • Compliance: All Aerospace Engineer personnel assigned to this project in Japan Osaka shall hold valid work permits, professional engineering licenses (Registered Professional Engineer – Japan), and shall comply with all local labor and safety regulations.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein. The Aerospace Engineer engagement in Japan Osaka shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment and execution of the master services agreement.
