- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing and availability of the assigned Aerospace Engineer.
- All rates quoted are in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 12% applicable in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the structural and thermal analysis phases, and 30% upon delivery of the final documentation package.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall devote a minimum of five (5) working days per week to the project while on-site in Kazakhstan Almaty. Remote work days are included in the weekly rate.
- Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the originally defined work will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days.
- All intellectual property generated during the engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to the Aerospace Engineer's right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The governing law for any disputes shall be the civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with jurisdiction in the Almaty City Court.
- The Aerospace Engineer is required to comply with all safety protocols at the client's facility in Kazakhstan Almaty and shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 KZT.
