This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Aerospace Consulting LLC in response to the formal request from Al-Nakheel Aviation & Defense Industries W.L.L. for the engagement of a qualified Aerospace Engineer to perform a comprehensive structural integrity assessment, propulsion systems diagnostic review, and compliance audit in accordance with Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) regulations and applicable international standards (ICAO Annex 8, EASA Part-145, and AS9100D). All services described herein shall be delivered by a senior Aerospace Engineer holding a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in fixed-wing and rotary-wing platform maintenance, with specific expertise in composite airframe inspection and turbofan engine performance analysis.
The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this engagement will conduct all fieldwork, laboratory testing coordination, and technical reporting within the client's designated facility located in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The scope encompasses a minimum of forty (40) on-site working days spread over a twelve-week period, including weekend availability as required by the operational schedule of the client's maintenance hangar.

The total value of this Quotation Estimate shall be settled in three (3) installments as follows:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by Meridian Aerospace Consulting LLC.
- All rates are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and are inclusive of the Aerospace Engineer's professional fees, technical expertise, and standard engineering tools. Specialized NDT equipment is billed at cost as itemized in Line 07.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait, including but not limited to the Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority directives, the Ministry of Commerce & Industry licensing requirements, and local labor and safety statutes in force in Kuwait City.
- The client shall provide safe access to all aircraft, engine bays, and maintenance records located at the Kuwait, Kuwait City facility. Adequate PPE, scaffolding, and lift equipment shall be made available by the client at no additional charge.
- Intellectual property: All reports, drawings, and data generated by the Aerospace Engineer under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment. Meridian Aerospace Consulting LLC retains the right to reference the project in anonymized portfolio materials.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, proprietary processes, and commercial information exchanged during the course of this engagement, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, extreme weather events affecting Kuwait City operations, or civil unrest.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Kuwait City, State of Kuwait.
- Insurance: The Aerospace Engineer and Meridian Aerospace Consulting LLC shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of KWD 500,000 throughout the duration of the engagement in Kuwait.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or signed Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
