• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in specialized engineering software licenses and testing facility costs in Mexico Mexico City.
• All services will be performed by the designated Aerospace Engineer or, in the event of documented unavailability, by a substitute professional of equivalent or superior qualification, subject to prior written approval by the client.
• Payment terms are net fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de México for overdue commercial obligations.
• The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of MXN $10,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Mexico Mexico City.
• All intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this contract shall be transferred upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, software templates, and proprietary analysis tools remain the property of AeroDynamics Consulting Group.
