- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity window will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting updated rates for the Aerospace Engineer team and associated costs in Myanmar Yangon.
- Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the design and analysis phase, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all Aerospace Engineer deliverables in Myanmar Yangon.
- All payments shall be made in US Dollars via international wire transfer to the account designated by Stratos Aerospace Engineering Co., Ltd., or in Myanmar Kyat at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of invoice, subject to Myanmar Central Bank foreign exchange regulations.
- The Aerospace Engineer team shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and labor standards of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including work permit and visa requirements for foreign technical personnel operating in Myanmar Yangon.
- Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, proprietary tools, and pre-existing knowledge of the Aerospace Engineer team remain the property of Stratos Aerospace Engineering Co., Ltd.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional Aerospace Engineer personnel, or extended timelines in Myanmar Yangon shall be subject to a formal change order and a supplementary Quotation Estimate approved in writing by both parties.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre.
