Terms and Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require revalidation of pricing.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of Phase I deliverables (months 1–4), and 30% upon final project acceptance and submission of all Aerospace Engineer reports.
3. All Aerospace Engineer personnel assigned to this project will be based at the client's facility in Nepal Kathmandu and will adhere to the working hours and protocols established by the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority.
