2. Scope of Work – Aerospace Engineer ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Amsterdam Aerospace Engineering Consultancy B.V. to provide comprehensive professional services delivered by a certified Aerospace Engineer operating within the Netherlands Amsterdam metropolitan area. The scope encompasses the following engineering deliverables tailored to the client's aerospace programme requirements:
- Structural analysis and finite element modelling (FEM) of composite airframe components, conducted in accordance with EASA CS-25 and NLR certification standards applicable in the Netherlands.
- Aerodynamic performance assessment and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation for a next-generation regional aircraft wing section, to be performed at our dedicated facility in Amsterdam-Zuid.
- Thermal management system design review for the propulsion bay, including heat flux calculations and material selection recommendations compliant with Dutch and EU aerospace regulations.
- Preparation of a detailed engineering feasibility report and risk assessment document for submission to the Dutch Aviation Authority (Luchtvaartautoriteit) as part of the type certification process.
- On-site technical consultation and design review meetings at the client's premises in Netherlands Amsterdam, including a minimum of six (6) half-day sessions spread across the project duration.
- Integration of the Aerospace Engineer's findings into the client's existing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environment and provision of all source data in STEP and CATIA V6 formats.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer team are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of the Technical Analysis Report (Milestone 2), and 30% upon final handover. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt in accordance with Dutch commercial law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Boek 6).
- All work performed by the Aerospace Engineer shall comply with applicable EASA regulations, Dutch Aviation Act (Luchtvaartwet), and ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards as registered in the Netherlands.
- Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, software licences, and proprietary tools of the Aerospace Engineer remain the property of Amsterdam Aerospace Engineering Consultancy B.V.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all technical data, design information, and commercial terms exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate, in line with the Dutch Data Protection Act (UAVG) and GDPR.
- Force majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or supply chain disruptions affecting aerospace component availability in the Netherlands.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, in accordance with Dutch law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signed purchase order or contract addendum.
