This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the Aerospace Engineer's professional time, standard software licences, and travel within the New Zealand Wellington metropolitan area. Travel to sites outside the Wellington region (including Wigram, Petone, and Porirua) will be billed at cost with a 10% administrative surcharge.
Payment terms are structured as follows: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the structural and propulsion design phases, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of all documentation and successful handover. Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a valid New Zealand Engineering Council (ENZ) registration and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. All work will be conducted in accordance with AS/NZS 4360 risk management standards and applicable CAANZ Part 21 airworthiness requirements.
Important: This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide all necessary test articles, raw materials, and access to the Wigram Airfield test facility. Costs associated with third-party wind tunnel testing at the University of New Zealand Wellington, procurement of propulsion components, and any redesign iterations exceeding 15% of the original scope are excluded from this estimate and will be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate.
