The Aerospace Engineer to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in aerodynamic design, structural analysis, propulsion systems, and flight control engineering. The professional shall hold a Chartered Engineer (CEng) designation recognized by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and shall be based in Pakistan Karachi to ensure on-site availability and rapid response to project requirements.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Conducting aerodynamic feasibility studies and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations for the client's proposed airframe design.
• Performing finite element analysis (FEA) for structural integrity assessment of composite and metallic components.
• Providing propulsion system integration guidance, including turbofan and turboprop engine selection and performance matching.
• Developing flight control system architectures and conducting stability and control (Stab & Ctrl) analyses.
• Preparing technical documentation, design reports, and certification support materials in compliance with Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) regulations and ICAO standards.
• Conducting weekly progress reviews and monthly technical presentations at the client's facility in Pakistan Karachi.
• Providing mentorship and technical oversight to the client's in-house engineering team of up to twelve (12) personnel.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following milestones, all processed via bank transfer to the account of Apex Aerospace Engineering Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Karachi Branch, Pakistan Karachi:

• Milestone 1 (30%): PKR 2,442,600 – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project kickoff.
• Milestone 2 (25%): PKR 2,035,500 – Due upon delivery of CFD and FEA reports (end of Month 2).
• Milestone 3 (25%): PKR 2,035,500 – Due upon delivery of Propulsion and Flight Control deliverables (end of Month 4).
• Milestone 4 (20%): PKR 1,628,400 – Due upon final documentation handover and project closure (end of Month 6).

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
2. The Aerospace Engineer shall devote a minimum of forty (40) working hours per week to the client's project. Any additional hours beyond the retainer shall be billed at PKR 8,500 per hour.
3. All intellectual property generated under this engagement shall vest with the client upon full and final payment. The Aerospace Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client's written consent.
4. The client shall provide a dedicated workspace, computing infrastructure, and access to relevant design data at their facility in Pakistan Karachi.
5. Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, payment shall be pro-rated based on services rendered up to the termination date.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and a formal Service Agreement is executed.
7. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
8. Applicable taxes, including Sales Tax at 18% as levied by the Sindh Board of Revenue for services rendered in Pakistan Karachi, are included in the Grand Total above.
