Payment Schedule:
30% (PHP 366,240.00) – Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement.
40% (PHP 488,320.00) – Upon completion of structural, aerodynamic, and propulsion assessments (Milestone 2).
30% (PHP 366,240.00) – Upon delivery of the Final Engineering Report and CAAP compliance documentation (Milestone 3).
Payment Method: Bank transfer to BDO Unibank, Account No. 1234-5678-9012, in the name of Stratosphere Aerospace Consulting Inc.
Due Date: Each milestone payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Any acceptance beyond this period requires revalidation of pricing and availability of the assigned Aerospace Engineer.
- All services shall be performed by a duly licensed Aerospace Engineer registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines, holding a valid Certificate of Professional Registration and a current Professional Tax Receipt.
- The total project duration is estimated at twelve (12) weeks from the date of the Notice to Proceed, subject to client cooperation and timely provision of all required technical data and access to the Philippines Manila test facilities.
- Any change in scope, additional flight test days, or extended regulatory review periods shall be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- All intellectual property, design data, and engineering deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment.
- Stratosphere Aerospace Consulting Inc. shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of PHP 10,000,000.00 for the duration of the project.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting Service Agreement shall be resolved through mediation under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in Philippines Manila, or failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
