This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Aerospace Consulting LLC in response to the formal request from the Qatar Aerospace Development Authority for the engagement of a qualified Aerospace Engineer to support the national aerospace infrastructure programme in Qatar Doha. All deliverables shall conform to the regulatory standards set forth by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) and applicable international frameworks including EASA and FAA guidelines.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution; 60% in equal monthly instalments aligned with the Aerospace Engineer's service delivery milestones; 10% upon successful completion and handover of all final deliverables in Qatar Doha.
- All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyals (QAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Meridian Aerospace Consulting LLC, Doha, Qatar. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall be subject to the Qatar Labour Law and all applicable regulations in Qatar Doha. The client is responsible for sponsoring the work visa and residence permit; the contractor is responsible for professional competency and insurance.
- Intellectual property generated by the Aerospace Engineer during the course of this engagement in Qatar Doha shall vest in the client, subject to a mutual non-disclosure agreement executed prior to commencement.
- Either party may terminate this Quotation Estimate agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% completion premium.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a definitive service agreement is executed by both parties. All terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public-health emergencies affecting Qatar Doha, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration (QICRA).
