2. SCOPE OF WORK – AEROSPACE ENGINEER SERVICES
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Aerospace Engineering Consultancy Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services of a senior Aerospace Engineer for the design, analysis, and certification support of next-generation satellite propulsion systems. All work under this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in and around Russia Saint Petersburg, with primary operations conducted at the client's facility on Bolshoy Samsonovsky Prospekt and supplementary testing at the Krasnoye Selo Aerospace Test Complex.
The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in orbital mechanics, thermal-hydraulic system design, and structural integrity analysis for launch vehicles and spaceborne platforms. The Aerospace Engineer must hold a valid certification from the Russian Aviation Register (Rosaviatsiya) and demonstrate proficiency in ANSYS, NASTRAN, and MATLAB/Simulink simulation environments.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Russia Saint Petersburg.
- The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this project shall be Dr. Mikhail A. Volkov or an equivalently qualified Aerospace Engineer approved in writing by the client. Substitution requires a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior written notice.
- All work shall be performed in compliance with GOST R 51133-99, Federal Aviation Regulations of the Russian Federation, and applicable Rosaviatsiya directives. The Aerospace Engineer bears full professional responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of all engineering deliverables.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of Item 04, and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of the technical dossier. All payments shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of Aerospace Engineering Consultancy Ltd.
- The client shall provide the Aerospace Engineer with secure access to all relevant facilities, test equipment, and proprietary data within Russia Saint Petersburg. Working hours shall be Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, with overtime compensated at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
- Intellectual property generated by the Aerospace Engineer during the course of this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Aerospace Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Any modifications to scope, timeline, or cost must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation.
5. ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURES
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate for Aerospace Engineer services in Russia Saint Petersburg has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in its entirety.
