2. Scope of Work — Aerospace Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Aerospace Consulting Pte. Ltd. to provide comprehensive Aerospace Engineer professional services for the client's next-generation regional airframe development programme, to be executed within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of aerospace engineering consultancy, from preliminary design reviews through to certification support, all conducted in compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) regulations and international aerospace standards including AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015.
The Aerospace Engineer team assigned to this engagement will operate from our dedicated facility in Singapore Singapore, ensuring proximity to the client's manufacturing site and facilitating real-time collaboration. All deliverables, technical documentation, and engineering analyses will be prepared in accordance with the specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW-2025-04871).

4. Payment Terms
This Quotation Estimate is structured on a milestone-based payment schedule. An initial mobilisation payment of 25% is due upon contract execution. Subsequent payments of 20% are due at the completion of each major engineering phase as defined in the Statement of Work. The final 15% balance is payable upon successful delivery of all certification documentation and acceptance by the client's quality assurance team in Singapore Singapore. All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.
5. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer team are subject to revision.
- All Aerospace Engineer services shall be performed in Singapore Singapore in strict adherence to CAAS regulations, the Singapore Civil Aviation Act 2008, and applicable international aerospace engineering standards.
- The Aerospace Engineer team shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, tools, and proprietary software remain the property of Meridian Aerospace Consulting Pte. Ltd.
- Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original Aerospace Engineer workload shall require a formal variation order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Confidentiality obligations as per the mutual NDA (Ref: NDA-2025-0312) shall govern all technical data exchanged between the parties in Singapore Singapore.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
6. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Aerospace Engineer services to be delivered in Singapore Singapore. The undersigned authorises Meridian Aerospace Consulting Pte. Ltd. to commence the engagement upon receipt of the mobilisation payment.
