The Aerospace Engineer proposed for this engagement, Mr. David R. Thornton, P.E., holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and possesses over twenty-two years of progressive experience in propulsion systems, structural dynamics, and thermal management for orbital and sub-orbital platforms. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas, USA, and holds a valid Alien Employment Permit (AEP) issued by the Korean Ministry of Employment and Labor, authorizing him to perform professional engineering services within the Republic of Korea. His prior engagements include work with the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) in Daejeon and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The Aerospace Engineer will be stationed full-time at the client's Seoul facility for the duration of the contract period specified below.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four equal installments of KRW 65,175,000 (inclusive of VAT), due at the following milestones:

• Installment 1 (25%): Due upon execution of the master services agreement and commencement of work in Seoul.
• Installment 2 (25%): Due upon completion of the propulsion system design review (Week 8).
• Installment 3 (25%): Due upon delivery of the FEA reports and certification documentation (Week 18).
• Installment 4 (25%): Due upon final acceptance of all deliverables and completion of the knowledge-transfer program (Week 28).

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Orbital Dynamics & Aerospace Consulting Group Co., Ltd., KEB Hana Bank, Seoul Gangnam Branch, Account No. 452-91-003847-2. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Korean Commercial Act.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
• The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, including the Foreigner Employment Act, the Korean Standards (KS) system, and the National Defense Technology Control Regulations where applicable.
• All intellectual property, design data, and technical documentation produced during the engagement shall be the sole property of Hanjin Aerospace Systems Division upon full payment.
• Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this agreement for a period of five (5) years, in accordance with the Korean Act on the Protection of Trade Secrets.
• Any change in scope exceeding ten percent (10%) of the original estimate shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
• Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul, South Korea.
