1. Scope of Work – Aerospace Engineer Services in Spain MadridThis Quotation Estimate is issued by AeroTech Consulting S.L. to provide comprehensive professional services delivered by a senior Aerospace Engineer for the benefit of Iberia Aerospace Systems S.A. All services described herein shall be performed within the metropolitan area of Spain Madrid, specifically at the client's facilities located in Getafe, Madrid, and at our consulting offices in central Madrid. The scope encompasses structural analysis, aerodynamic modelling, propulsion system evaluation, and compliance verification in accordance with EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) regulations and applicable Spanish aerospace industry standards.

- This Quotation Estimate (Ref. QE-2025-0487) is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, rates and availability of the designated Aerospace Engineer may be subject to revision.
- All services shall be executed in accordance with the professional standards of the Spanish Aerospace Engineering Society (Sociedad Española de Ingeniería Aeroespacial) and applicable regulations of the EASA Madrid regional office.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon delivery of the mid-project technical report, and 20% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to AeroTech Consulting S.L., IBAN ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
- The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this project is Dr. Elena Vargas, holding a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) and a valid professional registration with the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Aeronáuticos de España.
- All work performed in Spain Madrid is subject to Spanish labour law and the applicable collective agreement for engineering consultancy (Convenio Colectivo de Consultoría Técnica). The provider carries professional liability insurance with a coverage of €2,000,000 per claim.
- Intellectual property: All reports, models, and data generated under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The provider retains the right to reference the project in anonymised portfolio materials.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all technical data, proprietary designs, and commercial information exchanged during the course of this project, in compliance with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD) and the EU GDPR.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or aviation industry-wide regulatory suspensions in Spain.
- Dispute resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through the courts of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by signature below indicates the client's intent to proceed and authorises the provider to reserve the Aerospace Engineer's availability for the stated project timeline.
