- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three equal instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of Line Items 01 through 03, and 25% upon final delivery of the technical dossier. All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of AeroSpace Consulting Iberia S.L., IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, Bankia, Valencia, Spain.
- Working Location: The Aerospace Engineer shall perform the majority of services at the client's facility in Alboraya, Spain Valencia. Travel time between the Valencia headquarters and the Alboraya site is included in the quoted rates. Any travel outside the Valencia metropolitan area will be billed at cost plus 15%.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, analyses, reports, and technical data produced by the Aerospace Engineer under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of Grupo Aeronáutico Levante S.A. upon full payment. AeroSpace Consulting Iberia S.L. retains the right to reference the project in anonymised portfolio materials.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, proprietary information, and commercial terms exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate. This obligation survives for five (5) years following project completion, in compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD) and EU GDPR.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or pandemics affecting operations in Spain Valencia or the wider European Union.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
- Subcontracting: The Aerospace Engineer may engage specialist subcontractors for specific tasks (e.g., wind tunnel testing, materials certification) with prior written approval from the client. All subcontractor costs are included in the rates stated above.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. Upon countersignature by both parties, this Quotation Estimate shall constitute a binding service agreement for the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer as described.
