This Quotation Estimate is issued by Colombo Aerospace Engineering Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. to provide comprehensive Aerospace Engineer professional services to SriLanka Aviation Maintenance Services (Pvt) Ltd. The scope of work encompasses the full spectrum of aerospace engineering consultancy, design review, structural analysis, and compliance auditing required for the client's fleet maintenance operations based in Sri Lanka Colombo. All services will be delivered by a certified Aerospace Engineer with over fifteen years of experience in commercial and military aviation systems, operating from our principal office in Sri Lanka Colombo.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 35% upon completion of the structural and propulsion assessments; and the remaining 25% upon final delivery of all engineering reports, compliance documentation, and training materials. All payments shall be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) via bank transfer to the account of Colombo Aerospace Engineering Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. at Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Branch, Sri Lanka Colombo. Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of issue.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer may be subject to revision.
- All Aerospace Engineer services shall be performed in strict accordance with CAASL regulations, ICAO Annex 14, and applicable EASA/FAA engineering standards as adopted in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of LKR 50,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, design drawings, and operational information shared during the course of this engagement in Sri Lanka Colombo shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Intellectual property of all engineering reports, analyses, and design documents produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or aviation authority directives affecting operations in Sri Lanka Colombo, shall extend the project timeline proportionally.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope, and financial provisions outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Aerospace Engineer services to be rendered in Sri Lanka Colombo.
