4. Terms and Conditions
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer may be subject to revision.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. Invoices will be issued monthly based on hours logged by the Aerospace Engineer. A 20% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the engineer's allocation.
4.3 Work Location: All on-site services will be performed at the client's designated facility in Switzerland Zurich. The Aerospace Engineer will adhere to all site safety protocols and confidentiality agreements in place at the location.
4.4 Intellectual Property: All designs, analyses, and documentation produced by the Aerospace Engineer during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client, as stipulated in the separate Non-Disclosure and IP Agreement.
4.5 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, all hours worked up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
4.7 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, proprietary information, and project details exchanged in connection with this Aerospace Engineer engagement in Switzerland Zurich.
