3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam and international aerospace component costs.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon contract execution, 35% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (end of Week 6), and 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of the Aerospace Engineering Report.
3.3 Currency: All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). International wire transfers will be converted at the prevailing Bank of Tanzania exchange rate on the date of payment.
3.4 Intellectual Property: All technical data, models, and reports produced by the Aerospace Engineer team shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The consulting firm retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client written consent.
3.5 Liability and Insurance: East African Aerospace Consulting Ltd. maintains professional indemnity insurance covering all Aerospace Engineer activities conducted in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The firm's liability is capped at the total contract value stated in this Quotation Estimate.
3.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting operations in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, government regulatory changes, or international supply chain disruptions.
3.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Tanzania Arbitration Centre, seated in Dar es Salaam.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Aerospace Engineer services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
