Thank you for the opportunity to submit this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a qualified Aerospace Engineer to support your ongoing programs in Turkey Ankara. 1. Scope of ServicesThe Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services within the Turkey Ankara operational area:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Turkey Ankara.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall be available on-site at the client's Ankara facility for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, Monday through Friday, 08:30–17:30 local time.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone review, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables.
- All invoices shall be issued in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the applicable tax regulations of the Republic of Turkey. The 20% KDV (Value Added Tax) applicable in Ankara is included in the total.
- Any change in scope exceeding ten percent (10%) of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a formal change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance and comply with all safety protocols at the TAI Ankara facility.
- Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Ankara Arbitration Institute.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer in Turkey Ankara.
