This Quotation Estimate is issued by Stellar Aerospace Engineering Consultancy Ltd. to provide comprehensive Aerospace Engineer professional services for the design, analysis, and certification support of a next-generation regional turboprop aircraft component assembly. All engineering activities described herein shall be executed in accordance with the regulatory framework of the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM) and applicable EASA/FAA standards, with the primary operational base located in Turkey Istanbul.

The Aerospace Engineer engagement encompasses structural integrity analysis, aerodynamic performance modelling, propulsion system integration review, and full compliance documentation for the proposed airframe modifications. The project will be conducted over a period of fourteen (14) calendar months, with on-site supervision at the client's manufacturing facility in the İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, Istanbul, and remote analytical support from our engineering centre in Beyoğlu, Istanbul.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and resource availability in Turkey Istanbul.
• All Aerospace Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid professional engineering licences recognized by the Turkish Chamber of Aeronautical Engineers (TMMOB Havacılık Mühendisleri Odası) and shall maintain current professional liability insurance.
• Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Turkish Law on Late Payment Interest in Commercial Transactions (6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu).
• The Aerospace Engineer team shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
• Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to Anadolu Aerospace Systems A.Ş. upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, software templates, and proprietary analysis tools remain the property of Stellar Aerospace Engineering Consultancy Ltd.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or pandemics affecting operations in Turkey Istanbul, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC), with the seat of arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey.
• The client agrees to provide timely access to manufacturing facilities, test equipment, and relevant technical documentation located in the Istanbul metropolitan area to ensure uninterrupted progress of the Aerospace Engineer deliverables.
