1. Scope of Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Aerospace Consulting LLC to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Aerospace Engineer for the structural integrity assessment, aerodynamic analysis, and design support of composite airframe components currently under development at the client's facility in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this engagement holds a Chartered Engineer (CEng) designation, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from a recognized institution, and over twelve years of hands-on experience in both commercial and defense aerospace programs. All deliverables shall comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of the United Arab Emirates and applicable international standards including AS9100D, SAE ARP4754A, and EASA Part 21.

All amounts are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). VAT is applied at the standard rate of 5% as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates.
3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, currency adjustments, or resource availability.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon delivery of the interim technical report (end of Week 4), and 25% upon final acceptance of all deliverables by the client's engineering authority in Abu Dhabi.
- All invoices are payable within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per UAE commercial law.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in the United Arab Emirates.
- Confidentiality: All data, drawings, and proprietary information exchanged during this engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Any change in scope beyond the services described herein shall be subject to a formal Change Order, mutually agreed upon in writing, with corresponding adjustments to the Quotation Estimate totals.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi in accordance with the rules of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Arbitration Centre.
- The client shall provide reasonable access to test facilities, component assemblies, and relevant documentation at the KIZ1 site in Abu Dhabi to enable the Aerospace Engineer to perform the assigned tasks without undue delay.
