3. Scope of Services – Aerospace Engineer
The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services to the client, all to be performed primarily at the client's facility in United Kingdom Manchester with occasional travel to partner sites within the North West region:
- Structural analysis and finite element modelling of composite airframe components in compliance with EASA CS-25 and CS-23 regulations.

5. Payment Schedule
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments, invoiced in advance. The Aerospace Engineer's professional fees are structured as follows:
- Quarter 1 (Jan – Mar 2026): GBP 62,500.00 + VAT – due upon contract execution.
- Quarter 2 (Apr – Jun 2026): GBP 62,500.00 + VAT – due on 1 April 2026.
- Quarter 3 (Jul – Sep 2026): GBP 62,500.00 + VAT – due on 1 July 2026.
- Quarter 4 (Oct – Dec 2026): GBP 62,500.00 + VAT – due on 1 October 2026.
All payments are to be made via BACS transfer to the account details provided on each invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom.
6. Terms and Conditions
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer may be subject to revision.
6.2 All work shall be performed in accordance with the applicable regulations of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the UK Civil Aviation Authority (UK CAA), as the project is based in United Kingdom Manchester.
6.3 The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of GBP 5,000,000 and public liability insurance of GBP 2,000,000 throughout the engagement period.
6.4 All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this contract shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, tools, and proprietary software remain the property of Meridian Aerospace Solutions Ltd.
6.5 Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining contract value.
6.6 This Quotation Estimate is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
6.7 The client acknowledges that the Aerospace Engineer is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the client. No relationship of partnership, joint venture, or agency is created by this engagement.
7. Acceptance and Authorisation
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Meridian Aerospace Solutions Ltd. to proceed with the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer for the project to be delivered in United Kingdom Manchester under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
